Didier Deneuter

Didier is holder of a law degree (K.U.Louvain), and in 1993 he obtained a DESS in Intellectual Property Law at the University Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris).

He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1994, where he focused on intellectual property, media and entertainment law.

In particular, Didier is specialized in IP/IT as well as in legal and business practices in the music, television and film industry, advertising, fashion and live entertainment.

He is recognized as third party decider at the Prague-based Arbitration Court resolving .EU domain name disputes (www.eurid.eu).

As from 2006, he is member of the Belgian Intellectual Property Council (copyright and neighbouring rights section), an advisory council created under the supervision of the Belgian Minister of Economic Affairs.
